Busy executive with 5+ entities needs help managing several tasks within each entity. 30 to 40 hours per week.  Exciting opportunity for a growth-oriented & forward-thinking team player in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. An example of some of the duties include:

1.      Organized office tasks (greeting visitors, scheduling, phone calls and messages, various client letters, emails, follow-ups, deadline and task tracking, scanning, client portal management, travel arrangements, filing, purchasing, sourcing, shopping for healthy food, errands, continuing education scheduling and tracking, etc),

2.      Helping implement new technology solutions, training clients how to use them, and updating standard operating procedures, 

3.      Office environment improvements and managing the maintenance of properties,

4.      Assisting with researching new opportunities, technologies, and hiring,

5.      Data entry, cybersecurity maintenance, maintaining all insurance policies, compliance filings & tracking, & other financial tasks,

6.      Attend social events; business relationship development such as greeting clients, vendors, and colleagues; with potential for travel,

7.      Oversee marketing tasks & client update communications,

8.      Keeping all entities segregated & project tracking within each entity,

9.      Taking charge of everyday tasks so executive can focus for uninterrupted periods of time on client & business matters, strategy, planning & execution.



1.      Depends on experience & proven performance

2.      After probationary period the following will be offered to full-time (40 hours) team player:

  • Efficient use of scanners & printers, word processing, spreadsheets, virtual calendars, phone systems and related technology, cameras for virtual meetings, etc.
  • Be intellectually curious, have willingness to learn new skills, and contribute to growth momentum
